＜Main duties＞

  • On-site maintenance and repairs nationwide at ports, marinas, and shipyards
  • Maintenance and repairs of marine engines and related equipment brought into our workshop
  • Inspection, repair, and maintenance of marine engines and related equipment

Through accompanying senior staff, you can learn everything from tool/machinery usage to customer communication from the basics; we teach the necessary knowledge from scratch, so even those with no experience can work confidently in this role

＜Main duties＞

  • On-site inspections of lifesaving equipment (lifeboats, rescue boats, davits)
  • Repair of lifesaving equipment (lifeboats, rescue boats, davits)
  • Preparing inspection reports and certificates
  • Explaining inspection results and proposing improvements to customers (ship owners, shipping companies, shipyards, etc.)

This is an important role that protects vessel safety.Specialized knowledge can be learned after joining, and we fully support qualification acquisition.This is a job with significant social impact.

What’s interesting about the job?

There’s a lot, but it’s when you figure out the cause of a problem.
People often say “customers are happy,” and that’s true, but even more than that, the best moment is when I’m convinced I can think it through and solve the trouble myself.
It’s tough when business trips overlap, but you get to go to places you normally can’t—rare experiences across Japan and overseas.
